Allaiya Ballaiya Sarvajanik Trust · Effective July 2026

By registering for Allaiya Ballaiya 2026, you agree to these terms. The event is organised by Allaiya Ballaiya Sarvajanik Trust at Panchshil School Ground, Manjalpur, Vadodara, October 11–20, 2026.

Registration & passes

• Passes are issued by age category (Junior, Youth, Mother's, Under 5) as described on the registration page.
• You must provide accurate participant details and valid ID. False or misleading information may result in immediate cancellation of your registration and pass without refund.
• Entry to the event requires a physical card. The digital QR sent on WhatsApp is only for collecting your physical card from the venue.

Payments & refunds

• Paid passes (Junior, Youth) are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Registration is non-refundable after your digital QR has been delivered on WhatsApp. Once the QR is sent, your pass is considered issued.
• Mother's Pass fees (₹750) are payable at the collection desk. Under-5 passes are free.

ID verification at collection

• You must present the same ID document uploaded during registration when collecting your physical card at the desk.
• Staff may verify your identity against the ID and face photo on file. Failure to verify may delay or deny card collection.
• Physical cards can be collected from 25 September 2026 onwards at the venue.

Conduct & safety

The Trust reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose conduct endangers others or violates event rules. Mother's Pass holders must leave the ground by 11:00 PM nightly.

Changes

We may update event timings or logistics due to safety or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated via the website and registered WhatsApp numbers.
